Adrian is an experienced Qigong meditation teacher and personal trainer. He is all about promoting greater inner health and well-being through his qigong meditation classes.

Adrian spent 10 years working in a corporate environment, but after a period of success was left stressed out and burnt out and saw that the professional life wasn’t the path to fulfillment and happiness. After a life-changing experience early on from Qigong meditation, he found this was the answer he was looking for to improve his overall wellbeing from the inside out. He is extremely passionate about sharing his detailed knowledge on this beautiful and calming practice with you in your workplace.

Personally Adrian experienced though practicing Qigong, greater inner peace and found you can shift negative emotional states over time. With newfound passion, he worked his way through Levels 1-3 at OpenSky Qigong and then completed the Facilitator teacher training program. He has been teaching Qigong since 2014 running weekly classes and some 1-1 consulting also. Qigong is a gentle Chinese meditation practice dating back 3000 years and will help you balance and heal your emotions, calm and center your mind, shift emotional blockages and become more present in your body.
