Sessions can include a combination of dynamic mat Pilates, abdominal and core workouts, glute targeted workouts, light weight training, and cardio sequences and reformer Pilates.Small group classes
Looking for a challenging, fun, affordable and friendly way to train with others.
A small group is for you and can include from 3 to 15 people at your workplace, or a nearby park.
Corporate wellness sessions
In the form of Pilates, yoga, meditation, Qigong meditation or personal training in a fun, relaxed, social environment.
Nutrition guides
Our resident nutritionist can write simple, easy to follow meal plans, for you to distribute to your team as a means to encourage healthy eating and meal choices.
Meal plans can include breakfast, lunch, and snack ideas.
Nutrition plans can be a great way to kick start or further motivate staff to adopt a healthier lifestyle ant work and at home. Meal plans can be individually tailored to meet your needs.
Massage
The Core Project can provide 15-30 minutes stress-relief massages for your staff at their desks.
Our massage professional can be booked on request for a minimum 3 hours at a time.

Mat Pilates is a full mind/body workout. Participants walk out feeling lengthened, strengthened, sketched, and most importantly very calm.
If Pilates is not the right fit for your team we also create programs in the form of Yoga and Meditation, Qigong Meditation, Massage, and Personal Training.
Sessions can be conducted at your workplace, the park, beach or resident studio.
