With 4 years experience in an instructing yoga, Ashleigh is your go to when in need of soothing a stressed mind. She was attracted to yoga as a means to find balance through a mental and physical practice whilst working in a corporate environment for an international fashion retailer. Ashleigh completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Power Living Australia in 2015. Through her teaching, she realised that it was a deep connection with people that she missed and made the decision to leave the corporate world helping others find move calm in their lives.

In her classes. Ashleigh teaches with a playful heart and genuine enthusiasm for her students to feel empowered and achieve inner peace. Ashleigh’s intention for each class is for her students to walk away feeling more abundant, energised and have more strength on multiple levels to achieve unity across the body and the mind, on and off the yoga mat.

Her classes and workshops are energetic and playful, with a creative mix of sequencing and movements. She is all about finding stillness through mindfulness merged with a sprinkle of philosophy and providing modern tools to begin to build healthy habits, soften thinking, and ultimately lead to a more vital, conscious way of life.
