Jazmyn has a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science, with distinction, Deakin University
She graduated in 2017 with the ‘Head of School Academic Distinction Award’ within the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, with the ‘Highest Academic Achievement in the Food Science Major’ and the ‘Nutrition Graduate Distinction Award.’
She is currently the Resident Nutritionist for a Registered Charity Organisation, called Live Life Get Active, which runs free fitness camps for communities across Australia, and she develops weekly recipes and nutrition content for 75,000 members, as well as personalised nutrition plans. She loves helping people uncomplicate nutrition and make healthier choices!
Jazmyn has a ‘keep it real’ approach when it comes to nutrition and healthy eating. No tight restrictions or cutting out food groups. Going back to basics – eating a diet predominately from whole foods without the need for supplements and powders. Healthy eating can be simple, quick and delicious. Food is to be enjoyed not feared!
