Sierra’s is an extremely motivated, talented and passionate Pilates instructor. She completed her studies in performing arts and found her real appreciation for Pilates when she started training in aerial hoops and Silks, and with that an old injury unfortunately resurfaced. Pilates helped her rebuild her muscles strength, and made her one happy lady as she could perform again!!

Since then, Sierra has dedicated herself to helping others develop optimal strength and muscle control and is always studying something new to further her own training and the teachings she brings to your sessions.

Sierra's sessions are really challenging, but at the same time, she is all about technique when it comes to Pilates. Her focus is on lengthening and balancing out the entire body. And although she encourages " movement", she always recommends you listen to your body and only move it according to how it feels on that specific day.
